NEW BLOG! .. and other things

With the new year comes a lot of exciting new things. I booked my first destination wedding, a website revamp, and now a new blog. I'm sure it will be a bit rocky at first, but I'm really happy that I finally got around to starting one. One of the main reasons I did it was because I don't usually post more then 30 pictures from a single wedding, and only two or three from any given shoot. I just think my blog will be a good way to showcase a larger amount of photos so that you can really see what everything's about. SO FAR I feel like 2017 is going to be a great year, but it wouldn't be anything without everybody's continued support so thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!

So here it is, 'The Blogs' first post!

JESSIE & ANDREW

Jessie and Andrew got married with the fall color this past September in Metcalf. We had the whole team there, myself, Michelle (Elephant Shoe Media), as well as our assitant Jesse.

Somethings that made this wedding really unique was the fact that they got married in the same church as Jessie's (the bride's) parents. Jessie also wore her mothers dress and the flower girl wore the dress that Jessie had worn when being her mothers own flower girl. I love this history here and thought it was really nice given how close mother and daughter are.

The photo shoot was held at one of their close friends house, a really great, big space with lots of variety for a the shoot. They even set up an outside bar and made sure nobody was thirsty and that everyone was having a good time. To top it off, the groom had just had his bachelor party the week previous, so he and the groomsmen were still telling their jokes. With all the laughs had on this day, I'm sure Jessie and Andrew are going to have a very happy life together. Cheers guys!
